Nishantha Manjula joins Geronimo Advisory

Geronimo Advisory is delighted to announce that Nishantha Manjula has joined the business as Principal, bringing a wealth of expertise in environmentally sustainable design (ESD), building performance modelling and energy efficiency auditing and optimisation strategies.

Nishantha has over 15 years of experience, delivering outstanding results for client projects in Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Brunei, UAE, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. These projects have spanned every sector from multi-residential and hospitality through to the civic realm, retail, industrial, manufacturing and data centres.

His educational credentials include an Honours Degree in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting. His professional accreditations include LEED AP, Green Star AP, NABERS Assessor and CBD Assessor. In addition to providing project-specific advisory, Nishantha also contributed to Australian National Construction Code JV1 assessment framework development for the Hospitality Sector.

With over a decade of project management experience in high performance buildings, Nishantha partners with both clients and their stakeholders to lead the development of sustainability scopes and briefs, provide tender evaluation and delivery team support, contribute to industry capacity building, and conducts auditing, reporting, verification and rating processes.
