We work with asset owners and managers to benchmark current performance and develop tailored pathways for decarbonisation, electrification, energy efficiency optimisation and smart building retrofits.
Benchmarking
Our highly experienced accredited assessors provide benchmarking and certification services such as NABERS Energy, NABERS water, NABERS Waste, NABERS Indoor Environment, Green Star, WELL, Carbon Neutral, GRESB, LEED. Such benchmarking is the first step in understanding the asset performance and compares them against sectoral, national and international peers.
Optimisation
Our control system experts review existing building management systems to identify operational logics, functional description, accuracy of energy systems as well as capabilities and limitation of the BMS/EMS. We provide monthly or quarterly verification of building systems to confirm they perform to their design potential at full and part-load conditions and adjustment to account for identified deficiencies.
Audit
Our Association of Energy Engineers accredited energy auditors carry out detailed building audits to provide recommendations for energy, water conservation measures, costings, saving potentials, emission reductions that are enough to underpin informed investment decisions.
Decarbonisation
We deliver sustainability roadmaps, carbon emissions and risk assessments, performance improvement plans, net zero pathways and technical due diligence assessments at pre-purchase, operational and asset sale stages. We formulate a detailed plan for underperforming assets to reduce inefficiencies, improve operational procedures and achieve higher performance credentials.
Acquisition / Divestment
We offer environmental due diligence assessment on behalf of building owners and investors to identify asset sustainability credentials, potential improvements, inherent risks in achieving net zero and alignment with client’s decarbonisation target timelines.
Commissioning
We provide expert design review and commissioning oversight on behalf of asset owner and project managers. We facilitate collaborative process between designer, contractors, facility managers during and after the handover of building works with an emphasis on improving operational readiness and performance in use.
